About

Upper body strength training. Repeat each exercise for 3-4 sets. Use the weights and bands as shown in the instruction video or you may substitute for any equipment at home. Please modify any movements as required, for example Push ups can be done from your knees or even standing and against a wall for beginners.

BOOTCAMPS

Bootcamp is where you really get to fine tune your techniques in a class. Be prepared to smash out your goals and really feel like you have accomplished something at the end. 

We have a few different styles of bootcamps.

SATURDAY MORNINGS 8am

70 min session, infusion of WAR, RIP, AXIS 

CORE INVERSIONS 7pm

60 mins, headstand bench, spinning/ stationary pole,
