Exclusive Classes

All my classes are based around core strengthening and Functional movement to keep you up right and moving. As we move through life we have different goals but one thing stays the same and thats to be fit and healthy into our senior years. You dont need to be an athlete or a seasoned gym junkie to get through these classes that are all designed to help any one get great results with many modifications available to make moves harder or easier. These classes have been tried out in the studio with real live members of all ages and fitness levels they are not impossible Insta workouts.

STRENGTH

Strength training increases muscle mass and bone density making your body strong and powerful. Increased muscle mass can lead to less body fat, stronger immune system and reduce stress.

CARDIO

Cardiovascular training improves heart and lung health, activates your immune system increases Endorphins and Dopamine ( your feel good hormones )improves stamina and aids in Fat loss. No need to do boring cardio like running on a treadmill or climbing Mt Everest on the stair master. Join me ON DEMAND in KETTLEBELLS n BANDS,  WAR, Step and Bouncé on the mini trampoline. Join me LIVE in WAR your favourite cardio class.

FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT 

Flexibility is the key to it all, this movement  class will help improve all of your motion making it easier to do the movements in the other classes. Functional movement 

 benefits your body by improving your ability to do daily activities, increases muscle blood flow, enables your muscles to work more effectively, helps your joints move through their full range of motion as well as decreasing your risk of injury.. MINDFULNESS

Mindfulness means maintaining a moment by moment awearness of our thoughts, feelings, body sensations and enviroment. mindfulness may help with managing stress, reduce anxiety, help you cope better with illness and reduce depression.Learn how to slow down and regain control of your body and mind.

How our classes work.

We like to keep our training fresh and fun so you will find that not all our classes are on the timetable at all times. We like to cycle our classes through out the year, some times we are working on strength training more then cardio and some times we are working with different tempos in our movements to make a move harder or easier depending on each members requirements and goals. 

We have 2 main class each month and these classes on at 6.30am and 6pm Monday to Thursday. 

Having the 2 main class gives our girls long enough to really improve technique so they can then progress  with out injury. We also have our speciality classes at 5.30pm and 7pm. 

We have Saturday morning bootcamps and we also have 6 week intense bootcamps available through out the year. Be sure to check out our UPCOMING page to see what's coming up.

BOOTCAMPS

Bootcamp is where you really get to fine tune your techniques in a class. Be prepared to smash out your goals and really feel like you have accomplished something at the end. 

We have a few different styles of bootcamps.

SATURDAY MORNINGS 8am

70 min session, infusion of WAR, RIP, AXIS 

CORE INVERSIONS 7pm

60 mins, headstand bench, spinning/ stationary pole,
